A woman is now in police custody after hospital gas systems were allegedly sabotaged at a pair of Sydney-area healthcare centers.

"This incident of the loss of gases is alleged to be deliberate sabotage," authorities declared.

She was arrested in Miranda at about 4:00 AM on Tuesday morning for violating bail conditions, according to police.

Health officials stated that gas systems were restored by hospital teams and regional health authorities "within approximately two hours."
